The ''Chatham Retreat'' is clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated.  Available for year-round vacation rentals, it has winter water views and a fireplace.  Quiet neighborhood, lovely yard with flagstone patio.  Recommended for parties up to 5 or 6.

A beautiful, long, secluded beach on Nantucket Sound is a scenic 5-minute walk away.  Visit "Heaven's Hill" and enjoy the spectacular water views with 75 acres of conservation land, located a stone's throw from our property.

Just a short walk to tennis courts, playground and one of the smallest public libraries in New England.

Sleeps up to 6 - Three Bedrooms
1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds;
1 full bath

Amenities:

Deck/porch/patio, BBQ grill, enclosed outdoor shower
(with hot & cold water), fireplace, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, toaster, stereo, cable TV, DVD/VCR, telephone, high-speed Internet.

Rates:

In-Season:
Mid-June thru August:  $1600 per week

Off-Season:
$125 per night
Rate based on double occupancy (2 persons);
$15 each additional person per night.

One-time cleaning fee ($75) and refundable security required.  Linens provided for small additional fee.

Availability:

In-Season:
One-week minimum stay - Saturday to Saturday.
Check-In: 3:30 PM     Check-Out: 10 AM 

Off-Season:
Two-day minimum stay starting any day.
Check-In: 3 PM     Check-Out: 11 AM
