Our "Ocean Edge Resort" condo is an immaculate and bright, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated end unit.  It has cathedral ceilings and restful views of woods and a fresh-water pond from the deck.  Recommended for parties up to 6.

Located in a private setting, the property is a short walk to a driving range, swimming pools, tennis courts, and restaurants.  Quaint Brewster and beautiful beaches are nearby.

1 Queen Bed, 3 Twin Beds (includes Trundle Bed);
1 Sofa Bed (Queen)
2 Full Baths

Amenities:

 Air conditioning, washer & dryer, deck/porch, BBQ grill, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, toaster, stereo, cable TV, DVD/VCR, telephone, high-speed Internet.  GUEST PASSES provided to all indoor and outdoor pools, and fitness center.  Fee required for guest access to summer camp programs for children (limited availability) and tennis.

Other Amenities:

 Located on an 18-hole championship golf course with 4 pools (indoor & outdoor), driving range, tennis courts, trails (walking, jogging, & biking), jacuzzi, sauna, pond, basketball, volleyball, restaurants.

Rates:

 In-Season:
Mid-June thru August:  $1350 per week

 Off-Season:
 $125 per night
Rate based on double occupancy (2 persons);
$15 each additional person per night.

One-time cleaning fee ($75) and refundable security required.  Linens provided for small additional fee.

Availability:

 In-Season:
Mid-June thru August:
One-week minimum stay - Saturday to Saturday.
 Check-In: 3 PM     Check-Out: 10 AM 

Off-Season:
 Two-day minimum stay starting any day.
 Check-In: 3 PM     Check-Out: 11 AM
